Need outline to advertise May 7: 0900 - 1600: Serial Arson Update/Related Fire Fatalities by Doug Allen. Hot lunch will be served and Certificates provided. A fee will be charged. August 13: 0900-1200: Interview Techniques & Interrogation Instructor to be determined. Nov. 12: 0900-1200: NICB (Nat'l Insurance Crime Bureau) by A.T.F. and Insurance Subrogation. |
